The person making a booking must be at least 18 years of age.
The maximum number of guests per room is defined by the room occupancy details listed on our website.
If the person making the booking is not the same as the lead guest, the person who made the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival, and damages, as detailed below.
Only the lead guest and the named party in the booking are allowed to use the property and its facilities. Third party visitors are only permitted with our explicit approval.
To secure any booking, we require a deposit to be paid in advance. This deposit must be ‘cleared funds’ before a booking can be confirmed. The amount will be communicated during the booking process.
Deposits are refundable under the conditions stated in the Cancellation and Refund section.
Payments can be made online or over the phone using debit/credit cards, digital bank transfer, cheque, or cash deposit.
Any fees incurred by us due to handling dishonored cheques, bank transfers or any other payments must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request.
Guest Conduct
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours, and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance/nuisance to other guests, neighbours, or the owners.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions:
Cancellation made 15 days or more before the arrival date: Full deposit refund.
Cancellation made 14 days or less before the arrival date: 50% of deposit refund.
Cancellation made 48 hours or less before the arrival date: No refund issued, full amount of booking due.
Non-arriving guests forfeit their deposit and the full amount of the booking will be due. We recommend that guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control. Our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
WiFi Usage
WiFi Internet access is provided for guests. Usage should be fair and appropriate. We may monitor network performance and usage to maintain service quality. The Internet access is not intended for heavy media streaming, online gaming, or extensive downloads/uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activities is prohibited.
Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused by any member of the booking party. This includes damages to furniture, fixtures, or fittings, or for lost keys/fobs/access cards. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible. Lost property will be held for a period of 1 month.
Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco products is only allowed in designated areas according to the Health Act 2006.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
